Log in to your account
- Chose a password with your order? Log in with your phone number and password.
- First time, or you ordered on WhatsApp? Tap Forgot your password?, enter your number and the code of any order of yours (it starts with EH-), and choose a password. Your orders, points and invite code appear right away.
- No order code? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll add your previous orders to your number.
We never ask for your email password.
Points, credit and invite terms
- Credit can't be combined with bundle deals, but bundle orders still earn points. If an order is cancelled, its points are removed, and any credit you used on it comes back to you.
- The code works for new numbers only, and not with bundle deals. Orders paid from your own number don't count.

Is the app free?
Yes, completely free. It's the same store, with your subscriptions, points and invites in one place.
Do I download it from Google Play or the App Store?
No. You add it straight from your browser in seconds, and it takes almost no space on your phone.
Will my WhatsApp orders show up?
Yes, once we've added them to your number. Activate your account with the code of any of your orders, or message us and we'll add them.
Why do points wait 7 days?
To make sure your subscription is working properly. After 7 days from delivery, points land in your account on their own.
Do bundle orders earn points?
Yes, every delivered order earns points. Only using credit on an order with a bundle discount isn't possible.
Is there a limit on invites?
You can invite as many friends as you like. Rewards are counted for up to 5 friends a month.
