When you subscribe to Netflix, Shahid or ChatGPT you'll see words like account, user and profile. The difference decides who else is on the account, your privacy and the price.
Account (full account)
The whole account is yours alone. It's activated on your own email or comes as a ready account from us. Highest privacy, usually the highest price.
Examples: TOD, STARZPLAY, Watch iT, CapCut, the OSN+ 2- or 4-device account, the Shahid TV plan account, and ChatGPT Go or Plus accounts.
Profile
One account with several profiles, and your profile is yours alone: your list, progress and recommendations stay separate. Cheaper than a full account, one device at a time.
Examples: Netflix, Disney+, Crunchyroll, the OSN+ 4K profile, and Shahid's mobile and laptop plan.
Shared user
The same login is shared with other people, so it's the cheapest option. Good for trying a service or a tight budget.
Examples: the shared ChatGPT Plus user (chats can be visible to others; work inside your own project folder), and Prime Video.
Activation on your own account
- YouTube Premium and Gemini Pro: via a Family invitation; we only need your Gmail address.
- Canva Pro: via a team invitation to your email.
- Spotify, Yango Play and Anghami Plus: activated on your own account.

An account is a full account that's yours alone; a profile is your own space on an account with other profiles.

The same login shared with other people, which makes it the cheapest option.
Can I change the password?
On an account activated on your own email, yes. On profiles and users from us usually not; details are on each platform page.
